Day 1

Arrival at Colombo – Transfer to Kandy

On arrival at Colombo Airport, complete customs formalities and meet our local representative. Transfer to Pinnawala (approx. 90 km from Colombo) to visit the famous Elephant Orphanage. Then proceed to Kandy, the hill capital and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. For Buddhists worldwide, Kandy is sacred as it houses the Temple of the Tooth Relic (Dalada Maligawa).

Day 2

Kandy City Tour

After breakfast, enjoy a sightseeing tour of Kandy. Visit the Royal Botanical Gardens at Peradeniya, originally built as a royal pleasure garden and later expanded by the British. Explore the Kandy town, local bazaar, arts & crafts centre, gem museum, and a lapidary. Later, visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic and enjoy a vibrant cultural dance show.

Day 3

Kandy to Nuwara Eliya

After breakfast, proceed to Nuwara Eliya, known for its cool climate and colonial charm. En route, visit a scenic tea plantation and factory to witness the processing of Ceylon Tea. Experience the misty hills dotted with lush tea gardens and taste freshly brewed tea.

Day 4

Nuwara Eliya to Bentota

After breakfast, depart for Bentota – Sri Lanka’s first planned National Holiday Resort. On the way, visit the Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery where you can see various species of turtles being protected and nurtured. Enjoy the coastal charm of Bentota.

Day Free for Leisure

After breakfast, enjoy a full day at leisure in Bentota. Relax at the beach or explore the local markets and optional water sports activities.

Bentota to Colombo – City Tour

After breakfast, proceed to Colombo. Explore the bustling capital with a panoramic city tour, covering highlights like Independence Square, Galle Face Green, Old Parliament Building, and shopping at local markets and modern malls.

Departure to Delhi

After breakfast, check out from the hotel by 12:00 noon and proceed to Colombo International Airport for your return flight to Delhi with beautiful memories of Sri Lanka.
